Naturally fermented to 6% acidity, it delivers the perfect balance of bright tang and rich maple sweetness. We begin by crafting a maple wine, then slowly ferment it into vinegar before finishing it with a touch of dark maple syrup for exceptional depth and complexity.
Delicious drizzled over roasted vegetables, cheese, or fresh fruit, and equally at home in salad dressings, marinades, glazes, dips, and sauces.

Our vinegar is not highly filtered. There will be some sediment in the bottle, which is a combination of “mother” and ingredient particles. We like to think of it as “the good stuff”. Just shake it up and enjoy!
